Closer to You

Closer to You is our new pilot program giving you better access to your housing team. We’ve listened to your feedback and decided to trial a new way of working.

The pilot team have a smaller group of homes to look after, so they will be able to get out to you more often. Previously, Housing Officers have looked after 350 homes each, but during this project they will mange 250 homes.

Where is this happening?

The six month trial will cover all homes in Hammersmith and Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea, Enfield, Barnet, Hackney, Haringey, Westminster, Camden and Hillingdon.
