What does my Neighbourhood Manager do?
- Your Neighbourhood Manager is the first point of contact for you to discuss any issues relating to your home, such as transfers and housing applications. Neighbourhood Managers on the pilot scheme also have mobile computers, so when they visit you they can access your information instantly.
What does this mean for me?
- There will be more one-on-one consultation between you and the Neighbourhood Managers. Also, the Housing team is now based in an office closer to you.
How do I contact my Neighbourhood Manager?
- There is one phone number to dial - 0330 123 0220. Just ask for your Neighbourhood Manager or dial their extension when prompted. Otherwise, the dedicated team in the Customer Service Centre will be able to direct your call.
