As an organisation we have decided that we want our approach to day-to-day work to be as open as possible. We really feel it is important to be transparent to our customers about how we spend our money.
The financial reports will be updated every month with latest information.
We are looking to further improve and enhance the content of our disclosures, so all feedback on our content, whether it be compliments or complaints, is welcome.
Spend by expenditure type for April 2013
Below is a summary pie chart showing what we have spent our money on in April 2013, including property and development, repairs and maintenance, service charges and so on. This covers all payments made in the month, not just those over £500. We are also publishing all individual payments over £500 made to suppliers and contractors during the latest operating month. Where information is commercially sensitive or of a personal nature (e.g. payments to residents or our colleagues) we have not disclosed payee detail and have listed as 'Redacted' which means the information has been withheld.
