Our offices and opening hours

Our customer service team is open between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday - 0330 123 0220.

We run an out-of-hours service at all other times which can be reached through the same number. The out-of-office service is a limited service for:

  • Reporting emergency make safe repairs, and
  • Reporting anti-social behaviour

London and South East

Service updates

Our national customer service centre based in London will now be handling East and West Midlands housing repairs calls as from the 6th December 2010.

Our new opening hours are from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday. You can also report emergency make safe repairs during our out of hours between 6pm to 8am Monday to Friday and 24 hours Saturday and Sunday. Just press option when prompted and report your emergency to our customer services advisors.

The 0330 123 0220 number is charged at local rate when you to call from a landline or a mobile phone.
