Our online repair reporting service will allow you to:
- Identify and order repairs with the help of easy to follow pictures and options
- Receive confirmation of your repair order
Please note our online repair service is not for emergencies and is monitored Monday-Friday 8am - 6pm.
Our responsibility for carrying out repairs begins when you first report the repair to us. It is important that you report your repairs immediately. When reporting a repair, explain as best you can what the problem is. Try to be as flexible and helpful as possible about providing access to your home.
