Your lease is a legal agreement between you and Viridian Housing. It sets out all the rights and responsibilities of both parties. There are two identical copies to each lease. Your mortgage lender usually holds your copy. Our solicitors hold our copy of the lease. Your lease will give you information on things like:
- paying your rent and service charges
- maintenance and repair
- landlord access
- sub-letting
- noise/nuisance
- harassment
- pets
- garden/rubbish
