We have recently made the business critical decision to exit care housing as of March 2012 and focus on our other wide range of services. To find out more about our exit, the reasoning behind it, or to view the frequently asked questions please follow this link.
Each of our care homes provide a home that is safe and comfortable, where each person is treated as an individual. Residents are encouraged to be as independent as possible – making choices in their daily lives about their likes and dislikes. Residents are involved in planning the care with the help of staff, families and friends. Our service complies with the Viridian Charter of Residents’ Rights, which guarantees the individual a high standard of care, respect and choice within our homes. A complaints procedure is also available. Staff are highly trained and chosen for their skills and commitment to the work.
Our residents reflect the wide range of cultural backgrounds in the local community, and bring a wonderful diversity of cultures and experience to our care homes.
All our homes are registered care homes and you can view inspection reports for them on the Commission for Social Care Inspection website at www.cqc.org.uk.
