Student South

We own and manage 2 student residence schemes on the South coast.

These are located in Eastbourne and managed on behalf of the University of Brighton and houses up to 300 of their first year students during the academic term.

Between July and September rooms are available for short term lets to anyone wishing to stay in the Brighton and Eastbourne area.

These are located in the vibrant city of Southampton and accommodate 800 first year students at Southampton Solent University during the academic year.

During the summer period the residences are used by various language schools and organisations that come to Southampton for conferences and events.

Both locations are well maintained and have friendly and helpful staff on site 24 hours a day.
