We provide sheltered housing for older people aged 60 years and above to help them live independently for as long as possible. We also have properties available for older people aged 50 years and above.

- you can have company when you want and privacy when you don't
The support service we provide includes:
- Advice and help with housing benefit and other social security claims
- Help with reporting repairs
- Liaise with occupational therapists to visit your home and help seek funding for aids and adaptions
- Help open bank or post office accounts
- Establish support networks as required for example, with social services, mental health teams and community nurses
- Set up (as required) and attend case conferences/reviews with you
- Assist you with rent arrears and payment plans
- Interpret or communicate official correspondence or letters
- Advocate on your behalf in certain situations, for example, telephone calls or letters, if required
- Assist you in awareness of local community facilities and services e.g. GP, deaf clubs, health centres, day centres
- Liaise with the anti-social behaviour team to investigate all nuisance or complaint issues
- Oversee all housing benefit payments and claim renewals
