Getting involved

We want our residents to get involved in and have a say in the way they want services to be shaped. Please have a look around this section and you will find plenty of ways to get involved.

There's never been a better time to get involved at Viridian, we offer a wide range of activities and opportunities, from filling out the occasional survey to joining us for regular formal meetings to attending informal meetings such as street meets/estate inspections.

We will reward residents who take part in activities with:

Shopping Vouchers

• Some of our resident involvement activities offer shopping vouchers as a reward.

Travel and Childcare expenses

• We reimburse all reasonable out of pocket expenses, such as travel or childcare costs
• We can also arrange transport if necessary.

Training

• We offer a wide range of training from Mystery Shopping, to skills that will enable you to go for that job you have had your eye on for the longest time. You can also Volunteer with Viridian to put into practice your transferable skills and build your confidence in the work place.
