2. Volunteering:
we offer 12, three month work placements. You will receive training, support, valuable CV experience, become eligible to apply for internal jobs as well as receive a reference from us.

4. The Duke of Edinburgh Award:
is aimed towards residents between 14 and 23 years old and will provide a nationally accredited award to participants who complete a project, volunteering work and an expedition.
5. Resident Community Advocates:
we are looking to recruit a team of residents to carry out community outreach work on our estates and schemes or by contacting residents by phone. All advocates will receive accredited training, some form of payment and one to one support.
6. Start your own business support:
if you are interested in starting up your own business we can help provide you with practical support, advice, training and access to a range of resources. If you provide a service we can use, we will also consider a paid trial and if successful, regular work and recommendation to our partners.
7. Career and training support:
if you have a career goal or training course you would like to complete, but can’t afford the fees, we can help you in return for some volunteering work.
8. Employment training programme:
is offered to those who are having difficulty finding work or need help to develop certain skills in order to gain work. The programme includes mentoring, one to one support, interview techniques, CV and application training, referrals to recruitment agencies and advice about the current job market.
