Live it! is the name of the customer service programme we are using to help Viridian become a more customer focused organisation.
Since its launch in 2010 we have undergone changes, trained all employees at all levels, and most importantly we improved the way we relate to our customers; whether they work Housing, Supported housing, Retirement Living, ASB, Shared Ownership, Students and Key Workers Accommodation, Customer Services and Administrators, Legal, Repairs Technicians, Surveyors, Resident & Community Engagement Team, Communications,and our internal customer support teams such as Finance, Human Resources & Organisational Development, Health & Safety, I.T, Business Excellence, Governance, etc.
Live the culture, live the moment, live all those things that make a great working environment and great attitude to deliver a service you can be proud of. Take ownership of situations and always aim at achieving the social impact we have been commissioned to deliver as a housing association.
With this award system we aims at recognising all those and teams who really take pride in their work and go out of their ways to help others. To make it happen, we collate feedback from all areas possible. A panel involving residents, managers and staff meet monthly to discuss and assess the feed back on who should should receive a Live It award.
