How it works

We are committed to working with our residents to improve our services. We also recognise that residents have lots of valuable experience and good ideas about how Viridian Housing could be better. This section explains what resident involvement means for you.

We can provide information about our services, making sure you are up to date on matters that affect you, including opportunities to get involved.

You will be able to influence the things that affect you: your home and your quality of life. You will have the opportunity to make decisions about the way we work and the services we provide, including improvements to our services.

We will listen to what you say and decide on a course of action together.
