Active Residents Club

What is the Active Residents Club?

To make sure we know how you want to be involved and consulted, we ask you to be a member of a club where all residents (in the club) have one thing in common - they want to see improvements in their community and in how Viridian runs it's business to ensure all residents have a constantly improving service. These are residents who would like to:

• be invited to the resident meetings
• take part in discussion groups from time to time
• take part in phone surveys from time to time
• take part in postal surveys two to three times a year
• take part in 8 ways to change your life

By recording Active Residents Club Members interests, we are able to tell who want to be involved in specific areas of our work (for example, repairs and maintenance, offering housing, harassment and sheltered housing) and who is willing to carry out particular roles, for example to be an estate or representatives, or even take part in staff selection panels.

This means that we only contact you with a subject of interest to you and avoid repeatedly contact with items you may not wish to be involved in.
