About the group
The asset management residents advisory group (AMRAG) is a group of Viridian residents who are involved in helping us to shape the development of our asset management strategy, policies and maintenance services. The group meets at least six times per year and provides valuable feedback that helps us to constantly improve the service that we give to our residents.
What is asset management?
Asset management is the management of maintenance and major investment in Viridian homes. We are particularly focussed on the continual improvement in the cost and quality of service for residents and that our homes remain fit for purpose.
The group is made up of residents from general needs housing, retirement housing and supported housing. Membership is advertised through the residents’ newsletter Link and residents are asked to nominate themselves for membership.
