Collecting your feedback

photo of customer services centreYour views are really important to Viridian; you have a vital role in shaping the services we provide. We are committed to continuing to improve our services, but we can only do this with your help.

We have asked the National Housing Federation’s Feedback Services Limited, an independent market research company, to carry out our continuous satisfaction research on our behalf.

Feedback Services will be contacting a random selection of residents, by telephone, who have recently used particular Viridian services to ask questions about their experience of that service.This research will cover how you feel about complaints, anti-social behaviour, repairs, customer services and lettings.

We do hope that you will take part in these surveys.However, if you receive a call and do not wish to take part, simply tell the interviewer.
