We're excited to announce our new and improved free online service for Optivo residents: MyAccount.

MyAccount is replacing My Viridian from 29 November. It comes with a range of new features, which will enable you to carry out tasks securely online at a time and place that suits you.

You can:

  • Check your rent statement and service charges
  • Report and track non-urgent repairs
  • Update your household details
  • Contact us.
