Reporting anti-social behaviour

You can use this section to swiftly and easily report incidents of anti-social behaviour (ASB). This is not a recommended method of reporting life threatening incidents, if your report is an emergency please call 999.

Reporting ASB for the first time

If you are reporting this anti-social behaviour for the first time or if it has been some months since you last reported an incident and your case has been closed please report to us using our online form, go to the online form now

Report a repeat ASB incident

ASB performance

On an annual basis we compare our performance with other housing organisations through Housemark, a benchmarking organisation. You can read the report for a comparison of our performance for the year 2009/2010.

We have a service improvement forum where we consult residents on the key aspects of the ASB service and any changes we are proposing to make. Our Resident Service Inspectors inspected the ASB service and gave some excellent suggestions on how we could improve. We have developed an Action Plan from their suggestions and are working through the actions.
