Policies and Procedures
We have a number of policies and procedures to deal with different types of anti-social behaviour.
Our policy and procedure statement provides a brief summary of our approach to ASB as well as outlining how your ASB complaint will be dealt with.
Hate incident /crimes
On an annual basis we compare our performance with other housing organisations through Housemark, a benchmarking organisation. You can read the report for a comparison of our performance for the year 2009/2010.
We have a service improvement forum where we consult residents on the key aspects of the ASB service and any changes we are proposing to make. Our Resident Service Inspectors inspected the ASB service and gave some excellent suggestions on how we could improve. We have developed an Action Plan from their suggestions and are working through the actions.
We are keen to get your comments or suggestions on any of the items within ASB section of the website. To forward your comments please e-mail Colin Lydon (ASB manager)
