As a provider of affordable housing, we charge reasonable rents and service charges and take action against those who do not pay. When you sign your tenancy agreement, you agree to pay your rent/service charge in full and on time. If you do not pay these, you could lose your home.
How can I pay my rent/service charge?
We provide a range of ways for you to pay your rent/service one that suits you best.

When is my rent/service charge due?
Your rent/service charge is due every Monday. You can choose to pay your rent/service charge weekly or monthly in advance, and it is your responsibility to ensure that your rent account does not get into arrears.
If I receive support services - is there a charge?
There is a charge for the support services, but you will not have to pay if the service you receive is designed as short term or if you are in receipt of benefits. You will however have to pay the support charge if you receive a long term support service and do not receive any benefits.
