Home improvements on My Viridian
We are committed to providing quality housing and have now published details of when improvements will happen for our residents to see on My Viridian. Home improvements
To achieve high quality housing, our surveyors regularly review the condition of all key components such as kitchens, bathrooms and external decorations to make sure they are replaced when needed. Homes have been assessed by our surveyors during visits over the past five years and they have been recording their findings. This year we have set an £8.3million programme for home improvements to make sure we meet the right standards. We have used the inspections by surveyors to target the homes most in need. All homes selected will be re-inspected to make absolutely sure that we are targeting the right homes.
This table summarises the number of improvements that will be made this year.
| Work Type | Number of Components |
| Electric upgrade | 521 |
