We are a housing association providing social housing to over 30,000 residents spanning across London and the South East, the Midlands and West Sussex.
We have around 16,000 homes and work in partnership with local authorities, organisations and residents to create safe, sustainable communities. We aim to support our residents and help them to make the most of opportunities in their lives.
Our first home opened in 1945 for 22 older people whose homes were bombed in the Blitz. From such small beginnings, we have become a major housing association with over 16,000 homes across the country. Our work covers a wide range of needs.
We believe that equality, diversity and inclusion are of fundamental importance to all the work we do. We believe that whatever our age, gender, beliefs, ethnic origin, disability or sexuality, we all deserve to be treated with respect. We treat everyone we house, serve, employ and work with fairly and encourage others to do the same.
