Our 'My Viridian' online repair reporting service will allow you to:

  • Identify and order repairs with the help of easy-to-follow pictures and options
  • Receive confirmation of your repair order

Please note that this service is not available to residents in student halls, keyworker accommodation, and hostels.

Our online repair service is not for emergencies; it is only monitored Monday to Friday, from 8am to 6pm.

Our responsibility for carrying out repairs begins when you first report the repair to us. It is important that you report your repairs immediately. When reporting a repair, explain as best you can what the problem is. Try to be as flexible and helpful as possible about providing access to your home.

Extended Hours Appointments

If you think that the times we offer appoiontments are not suitable to you, you'll be interested to hear we're running a pilot scheme in North London offering appointments outside the normal 8am to 5pm slots.

Every Tuesday and Thursday evening, you can ask for an appointment between 5pm and 8pm for any routine repairs. You can also ask for an appointment between 9am and 12 noon on a Saturday.

At the moment this is only available to residents in North London while we see what sort of interest there is, but if this proves popular we will look at rolling these slots out nationally. The pilot has another few weeks to go so please ask our Customer Service Centre for more details.
